ALOtec Dresden GmbH was founded in 1998 and in the years of its existence has developed into a high-performance technology partner for the metalworking industry. We build customized and turnkey robot systems for laser hardening and laser cladding.

Your tasks:

• Coordination and monitoring of the construction scopes in compliance with the requirements regarding the component, safety and legal framework aspects
• Support for construction in the event of capacity bottlenecks
• Responsibility for internal standards in CAD
• Development of a project management organization
• Management of internal and external projects
• Systematic identification, documentation, analysis, optimization, control, monitoring and further development of processes in the entire corporate environment
• Implementation of new business processes

What we would like to see from you:

• Successfully completed technical training with a focus on design or successfully completed technical studies with a focus on construction
• Ready-to-use knowledge of a common CAD system, preferably Autodesk Inventor
• Ready-to-use knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of the use of an ERP system
• Preferably experience in project management ideally certified according to GPM or similar
• Affinity for structured work and clear, transparent presentation of complex issues
• Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented thinking as well as a systematic and analytical way of working
• Quick comprehension, strong understanding of numbers and analytical approach
• Very good communication skills as well as a friendly and confident demeanor
• High level of independence and good written and spoken English skills
