Repair and wear protection
Intec 2025
Leipzig, 11 to 14.03.2025 – Hall 3, Booth D40
We look forward to seeing you – Messe Intec
Welcome to our landing page for the Intec 2025 trade fair! We cordially invite you to visit us in hall 3, booth D40. Experience our latest innovations for repair and corrosion and wear protection in machine and tool construction – let our experts advise you.
We look forward to meeting you in person!
Cladding
Repair and additive manufacturing
- Repair saves a lot of time, energy and material
- Cladding even on hard-to-reach component surfaces and internal surfaces such as pipes and cylinders
- Modification of the component geometry
- Additive manufacturing
- Repair also possible on site at the customer’s premises thanks to mobile system
Cladding
Corrosion and wear protection
- Protection for highly stressed component surfaces
- e.g. by hard alloy on a cobalt-chrome basis
- Significant increase in the service life of the entire component and significant reduction in maintenance costs
- Processing also possible on site at the customer’s premises thanks to mobile system
Laser hardening
Against wear – for longer service life
- 100 x more energy efficient than through-hardening
- High and homogeneous surface hardness
- Only minimal distortion of the component
- No quenching media required
- No hard milling required
- Very fast throughput times
Robot based laser systems
Sytem engineering
Visit our stand and marvel at the REIS RV16-1600, a highly developed 6-axis articulated robot from Reis Robotics! The RV16 impresses with its exceptional precision and dynamics, a nominal load capacity of 16 kg and a minimal footprint for limited space.
Robots are an integral part of the cladding, laser hardening and CMT welding systems manufactured at our site in Saxony. Our modular systems are “ready to use” with intuitive operation for a fast and uncomplicated production process.
