For this job, we processed a hollow shaft from the mining industry by applying an internal coating using laser powder cladding. After our customer had identified and worked out damage on the inside, we rebuilt the inside diameter from 330 mm to 315 mm. The customer then carried out the final machining by turning to the final dimensions so that the hollow shaft was quickly ready for use again.
