At the SLV Halle conference “Mobile Laser Processing” on November 13, 2024, our development engineer Lukas Olawsky will give a presentation entitled: “Laser to Go: Mobile Laser Processing of Large Components”.

In dem Vortrag werden stationäre als auch mobile Lösungen vorgestellt, die weltweit zur Bearbeitung und Reparatur großer Bauteile zum Einsatz kommen. Die mobile Laserbearbeitung ermöglicht es, Arbeiten direkt vor Ort durchzuführen, was besonders bei schwer transportierbaren Bauteilen immense Vorteile bietet. Diese Vorgehensweise minimiert Ausfallzeiten, senkt Kosten und gewährleistet höchste Präzision und Qualität in der Oberflächenbearbeitung.
Während des Vortrages wird Lukas Olawsky auch auf konkrete Anwendungsfälle eingehen und anhand dieser Praxisbeispiele die Technologien des Laserhärtens und des Laserauftragschweißens sowie deren Vorteile darlegen.

SLV Halle – Conference on mobile laser processing incl. manual laser welding
The “Mobile laser processing incl. manual laser welding” conference, which takes place every two years in Halle (Saale), is aimed at users and interested newcomers alike. The aim is to give them an overview of the state of the art and an outlook into the exciting future of mobile and hand-held laser technology.

The aim of the event is to provide a comprehensive overview of welding and cutting technology through to surface processing or cleaning using mobile laser technology. The extremely important informative section on the necessary protection of operators from laser radiation is also included. The theoretical explanations will be followed by an illustrative part with practical demonstrations on the premises of the blasting technology department of SLV Halle GmbH.
